Plant Investigation

Investigation by Brady
What are the major plant groups?
We learned there are nonvasular plants and vascular plants.

What is the difference between vascular and nonvascular plants?
Vascular plants have tubes that run between the roots and leaves; nonvascular plants do not.

Students are studying plants. They did a QUICK LAB.
Experiment Form:
Question: What is going to happen to the vascular plant?
Hypothesis: I think the cells are going to change
Procedure: Observe the stalk in H20
Observe when the color is added.
Results: The vascular plant cell changed color. The celery stalk changed because absorbed the water.
Conclusion: I noticed that the celery stalk changed color because it absorbed the water.
